The Bloor Street Business Improvement Area is very pleased to be celebrating the completion of the highly anticipated transformation of Bloor Street.
The 48th Highlanders Fife & Drum will lead a red ribbon procession of exotic cars, red ribbon performers and area representatives, as the symbolic Official Opening travels East from Avenue Road to the Concert Stage, East of Yonge Street.
