Cash and cheque donations are welcome for the Daily Bread Food Bank.
Animated store front windows , enchanting light displays and charming decorations are yours to discover throughout the neighbourhood. Look for energy-efficient LED lighting displays including, a spectacular thirty-two foot Christmas tree twinkling white sparkling lights and trees decked in red and white in the Village of Yorkville Park. Light poles glowing with hanging baskets filled with winter greens, twinkling lit twigs and beautiful light enhanced wreaths line the neighbourhood’s quaint streets.
A guided bus tour is available to visitors, residents and tourists to view the lighting displays in Bloor-Yorkville and other participating Cavalcade neighbourhoods throughout the holiday season. For tour dates and times along with full event details, click here.
LIGHT EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Bring two (2) old strings of incandescent seasonal lights to the Toronto Hydro booth at Cumberland and Bellair on November 17th, from 4 pm to 6 pm, and they will exchange them for (1) new string of LED lights.
