The set menu includes fresh fruit, a pastry basket, hash browns, salmon benedict, yogurt parfait and more. Led by Chef Antonio Soria, Joni focusses on classic, but elevated fare, making for a memorable dining experience.

STK is full of surprises this Easter! Hinting at a visit from the Easter bunny, STK promises an unforgettable Easter brunch fit for the whole family. To make it an extra special morning, each guest will receive an Easter egg filled with surprises, plus a few extra-lucky guests will receive a golden egg revealing a grand prize. As for the food, STK is putting together an exclusive medley of new brunch options and curated a la carte holiday features.

Four Seasons Hotel – Chocolate Pop-Up

The Four Seasons Hotel can always be counted on for an extra-special affair. Café Boulud is hosting a two-course prix fixe menu, complete with live carving station, waffle stations, and a dessert bar, designed for the whole family. Before or after brunch, guests can stop by the Chocolate Pop-Up Desk in the East Lobby, featuring house-made whimsical Easter treats.

Public School is our suggestion for a day out with friends! Ready to set the stage for a celebratory long weekend, Public School is offering a “School’s Out! DIY Mimosa Kit” as an add-on to their regular a la carte brunch menu. Guests can choose between six different garnishes, including pineapple wedges, edible flowers, strawberries, and fresh mint, to pair alongside their choice in fresh juices, including guava, mango, grapefruit, and orange. The food menu includes lighter options such as overnight oats, Acai bowls, and avocado toast, to smoked salmon, eggs benedicts, steak and egg rancheros, and more.

For a truly lavish experience, consider the annual Windsor Arms brunch buffet in the Courtyard Ballroom. Their buffet includes breads and pastries, multiple appetizers including salads, meats, cheeses, crackers, and fruit, a carving station, omelettes, and mains that range from pasta dishes to seafood. Of course, there’s also a full dessert bar and a Kid’s Corner with more child-friendly options.
