This Easter, why not enjoy a beautiful brunch with your loved ones in style? Several of our BIA restaurants are offering Easter Brunch. With mouth-watering menu items, it will be hard to make a choice on where to dine!

Café Boulud in the Four Seasons Hotel offers their three-course prix-fixe brunch for $84/person this Easter. From 11am – 3 pm, enjoy a variety of choices from Parisian Steak Tartare, Canadian Oysters, Lemon Ricotta Hotcakes, Duck Parmentier, to Rotisserie Chicken and Waffles, Grilled Lamb Chops or a classic Eggs Benedict. If you still have room, indulge in a Saint-Honore (choux pastry, Chantilly, puff pastry caramelized sugar), or, my favourite, Chocolat Coulant (chocolate molten cake with maple-black cherry ice cream).

Courtyard Café at the Windsor Arms Hotel will have a special Easter Brunch menu for $75/person. The first seating is at 11am and the last at 1:30pm. “Join us “Sunday Brunch” in the Courtyard Café. Adjacent to the lobby, you will notice the elegant restaurant beautifully wrought with warm textures reminiscent of the late romantic era.”

One Restaurant at the Hazelton Hotel will have their regular, and palate-pleasing brunch menu. This is an excellent spot for people-watching, while enjoying menu items from Guajillo Chicken Tacos, Shakshouka (poached eggs, white beans, feta and challan) to buttermilk pancakes with chocolate pastry cream, banana, honeycomb and vanilla Chantilly.

Planta is the place to celebrate Easter with a 100% plant-based brunch. Meeting all the necessities of a vegan diet, you will be amazed at the flavour-packed delicacies created by Chef David Lee. Check out their Banana Pancakes with maple syrup and pecans, or their Land Lox Platter with smoked carrots, capers, bagel and cream cheese. Choose from one of their famous smoothies or opt for a Blueberry Scone with cashew cream cheese and berry jam.

HÖM Cafe – There’s no place like HÖM Café for brunch. Looking for Avocado Toast? Then head over to Cumberland Street and choose between hard-boiled or packed eggs to top it off. The Hungarian fare offers Beda Benedict on an English muffin or palascinta (Hungarian crepes) with Hungarian salami and hollandaise sauce. The Danube Breakfast has a delectable combination of smoked salmon on a choice of toast with cream cheese, tomato, cucumber, capers and onion.
