Join us for a special autumn celebration hosted by Chefs Daniel Boulud and François–Emmanuel Nicol, chef-owner of La Tanière³, acclaimed two-star Michelin restaurant in Québec City.
Together, they will present a four-course menu highlighting the bounty and warmth of the season. Guests can opt for wine pairings from Café Boulud’s award-winning wine list, recently recognized by Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence.
