This Father’s Day, honour the leaders, mentors, and father figures in your life with an immersive three-course Michelin experience at Enigma Yorkville, paired with rare expressions from The Macallan.
At the heart of the menu, a 32-day dry-aged ribeye takes centre stage, accompanied by truffle-scented dauphinoise potatoes and a Waldorf apple and blue cheese salad — a bold, confident expression of classic indulgence. The evening concludes with a trio of desserts, each thoughtfully paired with a different expression of The Macallan, from the vanilla warmth of the Double Cask to the spiced richness of the 18 Year Old.
