This Mother’s Day weekend, join Meagan’s WALK & HUG, the signature annual event of the Meagan Bebenek Foundation. Now celebrating its 25th year, the event brings together participants for a 5km walk to SickKids Hospital, honouring a tradition rooted in community, hope, and the fight against pediatric brain tumours.
This year’s walk kicks off from a new location, De La Salle College at 131 Farnham Ave, Toronto, just steps from the heart of Bloor-Yorkville, and will come along Cumberland St., over to Yonge St.. Whether you’re walking in memory of someone, in support of a loved one, or simply want to be part of something meaningful, this is an event that reminds us of what community is truly about.
