At Kibo, we believe the term hope can answer all life’s problems. From what to eat to where to eat at, Hope is your answer. Derived our name from the Japanese interpretation of Hope (希望 kibō), Kibo Sushi House was born simply because we believe greatly in hope.
Hope – in the sense that if you work hard, you will always be rewarded one way or another. As we embed this belief into our restaurant, from selecting fresh, local ingredients; to cooking them with love and serving them to your table with our bright smiles; we hope that you enjoy and appreciate all that we put into your favourite dishes.
