At the end of August, we celebrated the newest Yorkville Murals launch with a collection of large and small scale public art works. This fantastic initiative lends positivity and vibrancy to the neighbourhoood, while further beautifying our streetscape. In further celebration of this community event, Yorkville Murals has launched a Mr. Brainwash pop-up exhibit. Created exclusively for display at Taglialatella Galleries, the new collection titled “We’re in this Together” features new and iconic works on paper, sculpture, and canvas. The exhibit also includes exclusive editions to Taglialatella Bloor-Yorkville location.
Mr. Brainwash Exhibit in Toronto

We’re in this Together is open to the public from now until December 31st, 2020. Mr. Brainwash is an iconic, Los Angeles-based street artist known for his collaborations with Madonna, Rick Ross, KYGO, and many others. He visited Toronto in 2019 to complete a one-of-a-kind 80×80 foot mural for the inaugural Yorkville Murals event. His current exhibit features a mix of pop-art and raw elements of street art, with each piece available for purchase. Of this exhibit, Mr. Brainwash says,
“I am thrilled to share this collection with Canada,” says Thierry Guetta aka Mr. Brainwash. “My objective with “We’re in this Together” is to bring joy and unite regardless of our differences and remind everyone that “life is beautiful.”
We encourage everyone to stop by the Mr. Brainwash pop up gallery:
