Opening Weekend at Avenue Road and Bloor Street
Join in on the kick-off to the festival with opening weekend happening at the iconic corner of Avenue Road and Bloor Street. The evening will feature The New Power Generation: Featuring The Music Of Prince, JUNO Award winner of Traditional R&B/Soul Recording Savannah Ré, R&B sensation Amber Mark, and critically acclaimed rapper and singer TOBi.
Within the Village of Yorkville Park
This year, there will be two stages set up within Festival Village (115 Cumberland Street) with daily performances from 5 pm – 8:30 pm on weekdays and from 3 pm – 10:30 pm on weekends. The TD Stage, located on the east end of the park will feature over 30 performances throughout the 10 days. The Festival Village Stage will be located near the “Big Rock,” so grab a seat and enjoy over 10 acoustic performances throughout the festival!
Both Festival Village stages will include a mix of seated and standing room and the entire area will be licensed for food and beverages. Some of the performances taking place at the Festival Village include Big Smoke Brass, Jane Bunnet, and The Magnolia Brass Band. The schedule ranges from 5 pm – 8:30 pm on weekdays and 3 pm – 8:30 pm on weekends.
Victoria College Quad (91 Charles Street West)
In order to further expand their outdoor concert series, the festival has expanded its event footprint this year to include two stages at the Victoria College Quad (Charles Street between Queens Park and Bay Street). The area will be transformed into the “OLG Grove,” allowing guests to set up on the grass or enjoy the festival’s Muskoka Chairs.
