Late Policy: As we are booked every 20 minutes, please try to arrive on time or early for your appointment to avoid lateness and having to reschedule. We cannot service clients who are 7 minutes or more late for their scheduled appointment. Cancellation Policy: We need 24 hours for cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours as well as a NO SHOW to their appointment will be subjected to a$5 fee Your Brow Expert: Please note that we cannot guarantee you the same Brow Expert for each appointment as all of our Brow Experts are trained under The Brow House Theory and schedules for our experts may change. Pets: There is a new health code for spas and salons set out from the ministry. For now we only allow small service pets into the salon until further notice from the ministry on weather pets are permitted in the salon/spa environment.
